Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Sharklish Videos at https://v.sharklish.com.

1. Description of Service

Sharklish Videos provides an AI-powered platform that:

  • Generates short videos (10 or 20 seconds) using artificial intelligence.
  • Adds text overlays and effects to generated videos.
  • Publishes finished videos to your connected social media accounts.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have a valid email address.
  • You agree to comply with the terms of connected platforms (Meta, Google).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at sharklish2000@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Plans

4.2 Billing

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month.
  • One-time purchases provide the stated number of videos with no expiry.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no videos have been generated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or obscene content.
  • Violate any third party’s intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Violate Instagram’s, Facebook’s, or YouTube’s terms of service.
  • Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate way.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the prompts and descriptions you provide.
  • You are responsible for ensuring generated videos comply with applicable laws.
  • All rights in the Sharklish Videos platform are owned by us.

7. Social Media Integration

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize us to publish videos on your behalf and confirm you have the right to publish to those accounts. You can revoke access at any time from your dashboard.

8. Video Generation

  • Video generation typically takes 5–10 minutes.
  • We do not guarantee specific results as AI generation may vary.
  • Unused monthly videos do not roll over to the next month.
  • One-time purchase videos do not expire.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT the Service will be uninterrupted or that generated videos will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARKLISH VIDEOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
